Short Sales in NH Last night as I headed home after a full day of real estate I got a call from a consumer looking to talk with an agent who had experience with short sales. Apparently he had been working with an agent BUT he/she was not too keen on helping him find distressed or short sales. So the consumer went on google and searched "short sales". Guess who showed up in the first page? Yes it was yours truly. I blogged about short sales here on Qassia a couple weeks ago. So he called me and here I am today looking to help him find a bargin in real estate in the area he wants to live. He is preapproved with a good down payment and wants to capitalize on the market. You got to love a guy who has all his ducks in a row.
